Repealing the Criminal & Civil Statutes of Limitations
The passage of time should bear no relevance when it comes to the protection of our children.Our initial focus is a ballot initiative in the 2014 California elections to repeal the Criminal and Civil Statutes of Limitations for Child Sex Abuse. We feel this first step is vital in not only allowing a measure of justice for Survivors but is essential to effect significant change to prevent the further victimization of children. Read More
